All Suboxone & MAT Alcohol treatment charges are required to be pre-paid at the time of your visit if client is self-pay; all insurance co-pays/deductibles are required to be pre-paid before the visit with the clinician. Some insurance companies may cover your prescriptions without needing authorization. They may require that our clinician speak with them, provide a copy of the specific treatment plan, and provide proof of your compliance with the program.
