Consultation & Medication

Subscription Rate: $300/Month

  • Evaluation, diagnosis, and prescription by a medical prescriber
  • Regular video/phone sessions
  • Guarantee same day access to medication
  • Monthly medication delivery (if prescribed)
  • We partner with a pharmacist so you will be able to get your prescription within 24 – 48 hours.

Monthly Subscription for Suboxone

  • $300/Month
  • We partner with a pharmacist so you will be able to get your prescription the same day.

All Suboxone & MAT Alcohol treatment charges are required to be pre-paid at the time of your visit if client is self-pay; all insurance co-pays/deductibles are required to be pre-paid before visit with clinician. Some insurance companies may cover your prescriptions without needing authorization. They may require that our clinician speak with them, provide a copy of the specific treatment plan, and provide proof of your compliance with the program.

It is also required that our Suboxone clinician have a client produce a drug screen at either Quest Diagnostic or LabCorp every month to provide certification that you are in compliance with the program.

Sober Link Monitoring

Initial Consult/Activation/Device: $698
Daily Monitoring: $399 per month
